A fundraising statistics tool and new design for the issuer dashboard and documents section — all this and more in our newest Product Update. Read on!

What’s new and improved

  • We’ve developed a new campaigning analytics tool for both issuers and investors, providing a detailed overview of fundraising statistics, such as tokens raised over time, transaction dynamics, investor analytics, and more.
  • We’ve improved the issuer Dashboard view, to put emphasis on next steps and guide issuers seamlessly through the fundraising process.
  • The document section for issuers has been completely redesigned. In addition, issuers can now delete documents that have not been verified or approved.
  • We deployed several improvements to the listing page, such as fixing the visuals for the graphs and issuer token icons.
  • We’ve been working on a variety of copy changes across the platform to simplify the user journey and improve the navigation experience.
  • Now issuers can upload multiple images when configuring the listing page, and the platform automatically validates the size and format of the files.
  • Once the soft-cap or minimum investment amount has been reached, it is indicated on the listing page as well as the investment opportunity cards.
  • A currency converter and discount indicator have been added to the investment module.
  • From now on, only users who have verified their identity (KYC) on our platform will be able to download the Investor and Shareholder Agreement. Non-KYC’d users will still have access to the Term Sheet and all other relevant documents.
  • We’ve improved the presale status display; all investors can now see their whitelist status.
  • We’ve made multiple copy and design changes that inform investors about the current status of the whitelist.
  • The Nominee can now link their bank account at any time (previously it was a required step).
  • The Nominee now can sign the Investor and Shareholder agreement on the platform.
  • We provide a transaction stipend to our investors, and from now on the transaction costs or Gas will be calculated flexibly, taking into account real-time data from the Ethereum network.
  • The timeline on the listing page now moves in real time as the campaign progresses.

Bug fixes

  • Two different values for the public sale discounts were displayed; that has been fixed.
  • ICBM investors can now invest in the presale using only their ICBM wallet.
  • The identity verification (KYC) statuses now update automatically.
  • When the whitelist is closed, a .csv file is available for issuers to download.
  • From now on, the Allocation of Funds and Shareholder’s List are required fields in the issuer forms.
  • For Ledger users who are logging into Neufund on Windows 10: we have deployed a temporary fix that will allow you to login. (You’ll still see a popup window initially, but it will automatically disappear.) We’ll be updating the experience over time, but for now you can access your Neufund account again.
