This month, we’ve made big improvements to the institutional investor account verification process. We’ve also redesigned the investor Dashboard and introduced step-by-step account setup instructions. Read more about all the updates down below.

What’s new and improved

  • We’ve redesigned the institutional investor account verification flow and introduced new information fields such as “Managing director”, and changed “Legal representative” to “Account manager”. The verification flow is split into multiple forms, making the process more coherent.
  • An advertising disclaimer has been added to the company offering page.
  • If users have not verified their email address, upon login they will see a pop-up that prompts them to do so.
  • The Investor Dashboard has had a significant design update and now features Wallet and Portfolio page widgets that showcase up-to-date information.
  • The investor account setup flow has been redesigned to guide users with a step-by-step process in the Dashboard.

Bug fixes

  • The pending transaction status in the Wallet page has been updated — it now shows as complete only after the transactions are fully approved.
  • The file upload function on the platform allowed users to close the form before the files were fully uploaded. This has been fixed.
  • When users were logged out due to inactivity, the wrong error message appeared on the platform, as it was trying to refresh the data even after logout. That’s fixed now.
  • When the Term Sheet was uploaded by the issuer, all investment terms appeared on the company offering page, except “Target investment amount”. That has been resolved.
