What is Greyp Bikes trade sale and how does it affect me?
Greyp Bikes d.o.o is having a trade sale, this means that the full majority ownership of Greyp Bikes’ shares will belong to Porsche. This means that your GRP token will no longer represent ownership in Greyp Bikes and you’ll receive a portion of the proceeds generated by the sale.
When will I receive my payout from Greyp Bikes exit event?
Currently, the administration work for processing the payouts has begun. Once the transaction is fully completed you will start receiving your proceeds in the second half of December until the end of January. Why is the payout not distributed through the platform?
Currently, the transaction costs on the Ethereum network are very high, and Neufund has no control over that nor do we benefit from it. As a result, we’ve noticed that many of our users are struggling to cover these high costs and execute the needed transactions. In order to enable our users to truly benefit from the exit proceeds, payouts will not be distributed through the platform and will instead be sent by wire transfer processed by our team.

How are the Greyp Bikes payouts calculated?
Your proceeds from the Greyp Bikes d.o.o exit event are calculated in proportion to the amount of GRP tokens you own and the proceeds.
Do I need to pay taxes from my payout?
The payout from Greyp Bikes d.o.o exit is usually considered proceeds from an exit event by a private company which is considered capital gains. Please consult your tax advisor for further details.
What will happen to my GRP tokens?

What happens if I sell my GRP token after the exit?
After the exit event, GRP tokens will no longer represent any ownership in the company and will not have any other underlying asset attached to the token. A transfer in the tokens following the payout will not result in the transfer of any token holder rights or future right to the payment of proceeds and such disclosure would need to be made to any prospective buyer.
I own GRP tokens but have not received the payout yet. What should I do?
Currently, the administration work for processing the payouts has begun. You will start receiving your proceeds once the transaction is fully completed, in the second half of December until the end of January. However, in some cases it might take a few days to execute, therefore we ask you to be patient — we are on it. Please also note that the bank transfers can take up to 7 working days in some cases to complete.

I am a GRP token holder, but never registered/verified my account on Neufund, what should I do?
In this case, please reach out to us via the contact form on https://support.neufund.org/. In order to verify your ownership of the wallet that holds GRP tokens, we’ll ask you to use a specially designed tool to sign a transaction. After that, we’ll ask you to verify your identity and provide your bank details. Once that is completed successfully our team will complete the wire transfer to your specified bank account with the payout from the proceeds of the Greyp Bikes d.o.o exit event.
